We are committed to accessibility

Since our inception, Riverbird Clinic has been committed to serving our diverse community and making this treatment as accessible as possible. In 2021, through our partnership with Good Medicine Collective, we created an Equitable Access Fund to support increased access to Ketamine-Assisted Therapy. This was originally funded by clinicians generously donating their income from KAT sessions.

We are continuing to find creative ways to raise money to ensure the vitality of this fund so we are able to support those with financial barriers, particularly for individuals from marginalized communities. During our application process, there is the option to apply for a reduced rate of treatment.

This fund allows us to offer sliding scale rates to individuals who would otherwise be unable to afford treatment. Since its creation, we have offered sliding scale rates for more than 50 sessions and have given hundreds of hours of pro-bono clinical work.
