Ketamine and Meditation on the Nature of Mind

Across time and space, Dzogchen practitioners through the centuries have sought to recognize their deepest nature, the innermost part of themselves that is primordially spacious, awake, and in a state of luminous flow. This nature, called rigpa in Tibetan, is a way of describing the primordial consciousness within which we are continuously embedded. Through techniques such as non-meditation and open awareness practice, this dimension of our being can be remembered and returned to as a sanctuary of equanimity, love, and insight.

In this three-day program, we will explore how working with ketamine can help us to access and rest in this innate nature of our being. Because ketamine can help to radically quiet the busy monkey mind, it naturally invites this skylike dimension into the forefront of our attention. Ketamine mind states reveal how our consciousness is always and already expanded, thus providing a unique opportunity to settle more deeply into the fabric of reality itself. This program will include two group ketamine sessions, two group integration sessions, meditation practice, and ceremony.

There will be approx. 6-10 participants in the group. The group facilitators will be Dr. Matt Stevens, Dr. Liz Strawbridge, and Lama Liz Monson. The total financial investment for this group is $1250. Upon acceptance into the group, we will ask for a $600 non-refundable/non-transferable deposit to hold your spot.
